AAROGYDHAM FOUNDATION AURANGABAD was established in 2023 by a group of Educationists with rural background and are interested in the field of Education, Humanitarian and Rural development services. It was registered under Mumbai Public Trust Act, 1950. AAROGYDHAM FOUNDATION AURANGABAD was created to work exclusively in the Backward and Tribal areas of Aurangabad District in Maharashtra, with a special focus to help Dalit and Backward communities to overcome poverty and to get sustainability with good living standards. It has been an uphill battle for NGO, confronting the social, economic and political realities within which the NGO sector is operating. However, given these limitations, NGO has been attempting to explore various possibilities especially by providing Education, in becoming more relevant to the needs of the disadvantaged poor in Aurangabad and its neighbouring districts in Maharashtra. Apart from running educational institutions the Society has involved itself into Social Work through Community Development, Women Empowerment awareness programs, Innovative Digital Education programmes to the Elementary and Upper Primary school children at District level, Conservation of Environment programmes by encouraging the society through Plantation and Awareness programs, Organizing Awareness Camps.

Our NGO trying to support and help each and every people from society by means of educational, economical, rehabilitative, and medical facilities as much as possible for the organization. Health is the wealth of human life, so good health is very precious gift for human being. People from all sections of the society needs basic health care and to get treated with good medication. So our organization mostly focousing on individuals from the unprivileged class who is lacking in basic health care needs and good medications. So our main goal focousing on these class and get engaged for the good medication and basic health care needs to these class. We provide them opthalmic, general health care, geriatric and nutritional facility, we arranged multiple health care, and awareness programs with the help of continues medical education and health camps.

Mission

TRAIN AND EMPOWER THE UNDERSERVED NGO is to deploy best possible methodology and technology for achieving ideal SROI (social return on investment), to practice and promote good governance. To link business competitiveness of the corporate with social development initiatives; also to sensitize privileged children, youth and citizens in general to promote Civic Driven Change.

Objectives

Our organization is strived to raise the human and other resources to achieve the following objectives:

  • To promote the concept of National integrity, particularly the unity and integrity of all Castes, Communities and Religions
  • To establish Educational and other allied institutions to impart education at all stages for the benefit of the youngsters- The Minority communities in particular, in National interest. -To establish training institutes to promote awareness through programs like Computer education, Industrial /Vocational Training and skill development.
  • To conduct health awareness programs on health and hygiene, family planning, prevention of AIDS, Eradication of Leprosy, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis-B, Polio and other deceases.
  • To establish Hospitals, Primary Health Care Centers in the Backward, Rural and Tribal areas. -To establish shelters for children and women for the deserving poor orphaned children, Destitute and neglected are kept in the homes for the children, widows, divorcees, untreated parents, neglected women are kept in care centers, where they will have the vocational training also.
  • To work for the welfare of the weaker sections in general and the Schedule Castes and Tribes in particular.
  • To develop the rural villages for poorest and weaker sections, community development and elimination of un-touch ability and support to improve culture in the backward villages. More objects are attached in Bye laws.

A compassionate general physician and social worker with over 25 years of professional and social sector experience, Dr. Rajendra Asane has devoted his career to community healthcare and humanitarian service.

Rendered crucial medical support during Jammu and Kashmir floods (2014) through Seva Bharti and served remote tribal populations in Meghalaya and Assam, organizing community health and awareness programs.

Presently leads all field and healthcare operations of AarogyDham Foundation as the Project Incharge of Dhanwantari Clinic and Wellness Center. His leadership combines grassroots understanding with practical medical expertise, ensuring healthcare reaches the most deprived sections of society.

Dr. Pooja Jadhav is a family physician and social worker with more than five years of experience in medical and social service activities. Her work emphasizes primary healthcare for women, children, and slum populations.

Leads AarogyDham Foundation Dhanwantari Clinic and Wellness Center for slum areas at Bhavaninagar, Juna Mondha in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Actively involved in community outreach, patient follow-ups, and public health education.

Plays a vital role in monitoring field data, coordinating volunteers, and developing health awareness programs.

Profession: Physiotherapist & Rehabilitation Specialist

With 12+ years of experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, Dr. Rohini Asane provides a vital link between clinical care and long-term recovery.

Works as a consultant physiotherapist and rehabilitation specialist under AarogyDham Foundation projects. Coordinates patient and rehabilitation programs and conducts health awareness workshops for physical wellness.

Involved in planning and monitoring community-based physiotherapy camps for elderly and disabled individuals.
